The California Hotel was opened in 1987 and is located in the busy old town centre in a pedestrianised shopping area which transforms into one of the liveliest areas along the coast at night with an abundance of bars, discos and clubs.
The nearest beach is just 250 metres away.
A popular choice for those wanting to be close to all the nightlife and lively atmosphere of Albufeira, not recommended for a quiet holiday.
Please note that due to a pipe rupture in the swimming pool, some works are being done. The hotel is hoping to have this work complete by approx 10th May 06*
